Another Rare Doo-Wop Picture

THE EMARALDS.
(Spelled with an A to avoid a name conflict with another group).
Unrecorded Brooklyn group consisted of back row,left to right;Frank Vaccarino,Ali Massed,Mickey Anderson;front;Tonny Grasso(with Guitar) and the lead singer Vic Donna.

By 1956 they recorded several demos and have a personal appearance at the Ted Steele TV Show.

Above the group live on Ted Steele's Bandstand TV show 1956.

Later Vic Donna recorded with the Parakeets and the Fitones on Atlas Records(see in this blog) and as a solo artist.
