THE CAMEOS...Flagship records


Mixed vocal group from Spring Valley NY. consisted of Jeff Matles (Tenor), Bill Marlin (Tenor), Gary Itkin (Bass) and Diane Schultz (Soprano). They signed with the Ridgewood, NJ. based label, Flagship records owned by Vicent and Julia Sardo and Howard W. Brady who is Julia's brother and a singer that recorded in this label, in 1959 the group release "Please Love Me / Shanga-Langa-Ding-Dong" and the disc have a big popularity in the New York area.

Tiny Dean.

-Now That Summer Is Over / That's All I Want.

On the summer of 1959 they appeared with The Belmonts, The Mystics, Gary Stites and Frankie Ford and have big perfomances in all the area of New York but disbanded without another recording.
