First sorry for the quality of the photo this is taken from an old newspaper.
This interracial group was formed in 1960 by four students from Santa Monica City College (Santa Monica, Ca.), Milton Thomas (Black lead), Dennis Allen, Jim Clark and Dick Lee.
They performed at school functions and private parties until they had the opportunity to record for a small local record label, Bi-Mi records, who in 1961 released the songs "Angel Of My Dream / Geri" under the name of Milton Thomas and The Escorts.

This same year they gave vocal support to a singer named Dave Passerallo on the songs "Baby, Where Are You / By The Fire" finally edited by BI-Mi as Dave Passerallo & The 4 Escorts.
