CURTIS LEE...Dunes records

Singer-songwriter Curtis Lee born on October 28, 1941 in Yuma, Arizona but in late 50's moved to the west coast where he wrote songs with Tommy Boyce.

In 1959 recorded rock & roll songs for Hot and Warrior records but without success moved to New York and signed with Ray Peterson's Dunes label, he met Phil Spector and recorded with the backing group The Halos the legendary doo wop song "Pretty little Angel Eyes".
