The Lee Adrian release on Richcraft 5006 came with a brown paper printed sleeve asking listeners to "JOIN THE LEE ADRIAN FAN CLUB!, with an address to write to to get"your membership card and an autographed photo." I can send you a scan of this sleeve if you provide me with an email address.
