Slight damage to the tape due to more than 40 years of storage this track still reveals the great vocals of a Philly area soul group few have heard of. Three of the group members went on to form Cold Sweat a very popular local r&b group in the Philly area still performing today. The Ellingtons recorded "(I'm Not) Destined To Become A Loser"/ "The Agony Of The Ecstasy" on Castle 102 in 1969. The A-side is a pretty big Northern Soul track.
