This 16-year-olds girl group from Crowley, Louisiana consisted of Bonnie Burgess (Viola and alto), Charlotte Voinche (Viola and alto), Kerry Ann Constantin (Soprano), and Diana Kay Bier (Lead and soprano).
Charles "Dago" Redlich from a local record shop Juan, knew Diana from visiting her store, one day she told her that had written several songs, "Dago" took a look at them and proposed to Diana that if she gathered a group, he would finance the recording and that's as the Chatters were born.
"Dago"brought together various musicians and choirs and in 1959 the girls recorded "Teenage Love Affair / My Darling One" released on the "Dago" new label Viking records after of this recording the group were many popular in all the area of Louisiana.
