One of the pre-Skyliners group of course from Pittsburgh consisted of Mike Repasky,Wally Lester,Al Buczynski,Jack Connor and Al Nichol after Jackie Taylor and Jimmy Beaumont joined the group.
They auditioned for ABC and Atlantic Records buth these companies refuse the group because of excesive demands on the part of Crescent's manager Joe Rock.
In these auditions they sang_Be Mine,Please Don't Tease,Sympathy,Bewitched....
Later as is know members of The Crescents and The El Rios formed The Skyliners.
