Chuck Rondell With The Sorensen Bros. (this is how it's listed on the label) recorded "When Love Comes My Way" (ballad) and "Sharon Lee" (uptempo) both are fabulous doowop songs with full group harmony backing Chuck up.
Bobby Diskin - Brooklyn, NY.
The Hart Van Records #122 release of "I Dream Of An Angel" b/w "Sharon Lee" by Chuck Rondell/Sorenson Bros. has only Chuck singing with the Sorenson Bros. playing instruments only.
On Marlinda Records #7512 "When Love Comes My Way" b/w "Sharon Lee" the Sorensons are providing tremendous vocal group backup to Chuck on both sides. I think black vocal group collectors will like "When Love Comes My Way" - check it out if you can.
On Hart Van #121 "Angel Eyes" b/w "Kathy Last Summer" by the Sorensen Bros. (only-no Chuck on this one) they do a great white doowop two sider.
On Tip #101 "Tears And Heartaches" b/w "Do The Ska" by the Sorenson Bros. (only-no Chuck) which sounds more mid 60s than their previous releases.
