Perhaps a little known vinyl to doo wop music collectors was this.
The Dellwoods "She Got a Nose Job" Detachable disc to 33 rpm from the "MAD Twists Rock N 'Roll" magazine which was a special insert of The Fifth Annual Edition circa 1962.
The vinyl was attached to the magazine paper and to extract it and be able to listen to it, the corners had to be broken, as you can read in the attached photo.
