These songs are present in Jeff Kreiter's guide, but the book does not mention this picture sleeve.
The "MOA" reference on the picture sleeve refers to the Music Operators of America, an association of juke box operators, at whose 1959 convention Capitol artists Donna Hightower and Sonny James were featured suggesting this PS was made available only to convention attendees.
