Advertising flyer for Johnny Maestro and the Crests with Lois Lee (Joey Dee's wife), in which it is said that they recorded for APT records so it must be the single they released in 1964/65 on this record label "Phone Booth On The Highway / She's Mine Alone".
I have also included a photo from this time that I think is rare to see.
