THE ECHOES...Edco records

White group formed by students from Baldwinsville High School college in New York, vocally formed by Bob Younis (Lead), Myrna Lamson, Judee Czerwinski, Victor Vernon III, Kris Van Keuren and Bill Allen, who were accompanied by the school band formed by Rick Laporte (Drums), Al Cook (Guitar), Edward Klein (Piano), Ken Chapel (Tenor Sax) and Keith Barber (Alto Sax).

The pianist Ed Klein composed a song called "Without You" and co-wrote another called "Heartbeat". The group presented these songs to Edco records who released them in 1958, in July of this year the first song reached number # 47 in the area of New York ending the month at number # 18 this gave the group great popularity and performed in various venues and record shops in all NY and performed alongside artists such as Eileen Rodgers and Bobo Hathaway.

This success made Edco records edit another 45 rpm for them this same year with a new song "Teenage Love" and on the other side they add the previously recorded "Heartbeat".

With the graduation of the members of the group this never again returned to record and soon it dissolved.
